Passion & Experience

Trish has been a professional groomer since 2006, with several grooming certificates including Certificate IV in Companion Animal Services, specialising in Pet Grooming – Box Hill Tafe (2 year part-time course). She owned and ran her own dog grooming salon since 2006.

She prides herself on her ability to groom dogs with a calm, knowledgeable approach, and believes the safe and gentle treatment of your dog should be a priority. With her vast experience of grooming all common dog breeds as well as the popular pedigree styles, she is able to capture the individual character of your pet.

Apart from her grooming, Trish’s other passion has been training dogs since 1993 in Agility, Obedience, Tracking and tricks. She has instructed agility at various dog clubs and is a life member of Action Dogs Victoria.

Trish is so passionate about the sport of agility that she has succeeded in attaining enough points with two of her dogs 3 years in a row with both dogs to compete in “Agility Top Dog”, the highest ANKC Agility competition in Victoria.

Trish believes her dog handling skills in agility and dog training are complementary to grooming, helping her to reassure the dogs and makes them feel comfortable and secure in her hands.
